We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines your rights and obligations under Australian law, specifically in accordance with Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law) and Parts 6 and 7 of the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the product you receive is not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided, or is unfit for purpose. In such cases, you may return the item to us at our expense within 30 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 business days. If you choose a refund, it will be issued in the original form of payment. For exchanges, any additional shipping costs incurred will be covered by the customer.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within the 30-day return period. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending out the exchanged product. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value to the original purchase. Any difference in price will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Restocking Fee and Refund Amounts
For non-faulty items that are returned within the 30-day period, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
For example, if you purchased an item for AUD 100 with an AUD 10 shipping fee, and you return it for a refund, you will receive AUD 75 (AUD 100 - 15% restocking fee = AUD 85; AUD 85 - AUD 10 original shipping cost = AUD 75).
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
